Through the grace and affirmation of her teacher,
Adyashanti
Sharon has been asked to be an associate teacher of Open Gate Sangha. Formerly a student of Jean Klein, Sharon's lifelong interest in spirit led her to explore Buddhist Meditation and the Non-Dual path. She met Adyashanti at an Inner Directions Conference in 2000. She recognized him as her life life teacher. Sharon and her husband Nate dedicated their lives to his teaching and the realization that it opened.
Sharon offers teachings based on her deep realization of silence and the way silence expresses itself in form. She emphasizes how silence wakes up in the body and how the embodiment process is actualized. She is well qualified in this endeavor by her many years as an intuitive counselor. As she can " read" the body, she is uniquely qualified to help unlock patterns in the body that inhibit the embodiment process.
Sharon Landrith is one of the 12 women featured in the newly released
book, "Ordinary Women, Extraordinary Wisdom," by Rita Marie
Robinson. The book is a collection of intimate, heartfelt
conversations with twelve women spiritual teachers that shows
what it means to be "Self Realized" and fully engaged in the
world.
